Buttery Squash Rings

Preheat oven to 350°. Cut squash crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices. Remove seeds and stringy portion. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. water and the Italian dressing. Dot with butter. Bake covered for 50 minutes or until tender. Makes 4 servings.

2 medium acorn squash
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
6 tbsp. butter
