Deluxe Carrot Casserole
| Slice and
cook carrots until tender. Do not overcook. Drain. In medium saucepan
sauté onion in oleo. Add flour, salt, dry mustard, pepper, and celery
salt. Stir in milk and Velveeta. Stir constantly as cheese melts. Pour
cheese sauce over carrots in a greased casserole. Top with potato chips.
Bake for 25 minutes in 350° F oven.
medium carrots (approx 6 C.)
one small onion, minced
1/4 C. oleo
1/4 C. flour
1 t. salt
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/8 t. black pepper
1/4 t. celery salt
2 C. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
