These Pennsylvania made cigars are named for the
American diplomat and statesman, John Hay who served as Assistant Private Secretary to
Lincoln and as Secretary of State under Presidents McKinley and Roosevelt. Originally
established in 1882 by W.W.Stewart, the John Hay cigar uses the same turn of the century
blend of tobacco for a smooth, mild smoke. The tobacco is excellent quality Pennsylvania
Broadleaf from Lancaster and York counties, combined with a unique blend of fine domestic
tobaccos from Maryland and Connecticut. The filler tobacco has been enhanced with a
very tasty flavor. The John Hay Pennsylvania is truly an American original. Machine
made.

legends as Daniel Webster, Annie Oakley , and P.T. Barnum. In fact, Marsh
Wheeling cigars were one of the first and most famous cigars to use the term
