BAUZA

    Bauza is a very old Cuban brand and it is probably one of the most popular Cuban brands that was not made for export.  It was smoked by Cubans on the island.  The brand Bauza is owned by the Arturo Fuente family.  The brand Bauza as we know it in the United States began in 1990 when Oscar Boruchin acquired the U.S. rights for the brand which is now manufactured by the Fuentes in the Dominican Republic to their usual excellent quality standards.
