Vanilla ain't Vanilla ... Well, actually it is but, because cigar makers use different blends of tobacco in the construction of their cigars, each brand has a unique tobacco flavor.  Also, each manufacturer customizes the flavor essence, its intensity, and method of adding flavor to the tobacco.  This gives one brand of the same flavor, such as vanilla, a unique taste that is different from the same flavor of a another brand.

Terms and Conditions:

1) Method of Payment - For your convenience, you may choose between two different terms of payment.  By selecting the Pre-Pay option, your entire Flavored Cigar of the Month membership will be paid at the time you join by submitting your order.  If you prefer, select the Automatic monthly payment option and we will automatically charge your credit card $24.95 for each monthly cigar shipment following your initial shipment for the duration of your membership term.  By choosing the Automatic monthly payment option, you are giving us permission to charge your credit card $24.95 for each month that you remain active for the duration of your membership.

2) Shipment Timing - We will ship all monthly selections around the 25th day of the month.

3) Shipment Method - USPS Priority Mail Service 2>3 day service (average) will be used for all Flavored Cigar of the Month Club shipments.  Accordingly, the ship to address can be a Post Office Box.  WE DO NOT SHIP TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE USA EXCEPT APO/FPO. NOTE: If you place and order for delivery to an address other than USA, or APO/FPO the amount of the order will be returned to your credit card less a three percent (3%) transaction fee.

 We do accept orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO military addresses. THE INITIAL SHIPMENT SHIPPING COST WILL NOT CALCULATE CORRECTLY... WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA E-MAIL OR PHONE WITH THE SHIPPING CHARGE FOR YOUR INITIAL SHIPMENT AND YOUR PERMISSION TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD THE ADDITIONAL COST OF SHIPPING.

4) Cancellation Policy - If you want to cancel your membership, simply contact us via email, shopkeeper@ricardoscigar.com, telephone: 610-873-6192 or by mail: P.O. Box 115, Lyndell, PA 19354 and your membership will be terminated, no questions asked.  All Pre-Paid memberships will receive a refund going to the initial transaction credit card equivalent to the remaining balance of unused monthly payments.
LEGAL NOTES:
- Due to Maine state law restricting couriers from delivering tobacco products, we are unable to ship to Maine.
- Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside the state of Pennsylvania is the responsibility of the purchaser.
