Banana-Nut Salad

Peel and cut the bananas in half, then split lengthwise. Dip the cut side of the banana in the chopped nuts. Arrange 2 slices on fresh lettuce leaves. Place 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise to one side of the salad. If the nuts will not stick to the banana, spread with a little mayonnaise, then sprinkle with nuts. Serve chilled.

Serves 6

3 large bananas
1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
fresh lettuce leaves
1/2 cup Mother's Mayonnaise
