cooked macaroni in a large mixing bowl. Add diced eggs, celery, olives,
and salad dressing. Stir gently until blended. Check for seasoning,
adding more salt and pepper if desired. Arrange fresh lettuce on
individual salad plates or in a large bowl. Spoon the salad on top.
Garnish with the sliced olives. Serve chilled.
